Arrival is from 2 p.m. for camping pitches, and from 2:30 p.m. for rental accommodations .
What time do I have to leave?
For camping sites it is between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., for rental accommodations between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Do I have to make a down payment?
No, we may do ask for a deposit for certain periods.
How do I pay?
You pay at the campsite. You can do this in cash or with a debit card. If desired, you can pay for your stay in advance by bank transfer to IBAN DE 95 2606 2433 0000 3091 50 stating your name and the period booked.
I can't come, now what?
Always report by email.
For camping sites, we charge any deposit made. Rentals within 14 days before arrival 100% of the booking, between 30 and 14 days 50% and over 30 days 30%.
